The comment settings are by design. From this point on, after each part of the novel, there's a "call for feedback" where free subs can comment. Here and there, free subs can comment on individual chapters that have a remark at the bottom ("One is welcome to comment").
Fully written, yes. Fully revised, no. So I haven't brought the novel out anywhere else in full yet. I plan to do that once it's all revised and published here.
I went to comment on chapter two and its paid sub's only for commenting - I wasn't sure if you knew. Loving it so far

Oh okay gotcha, makes sense. Is it available anywhere to purchase? Is it fully written?
